Using human centred design principles, our methodology for conducting employee listening sessions encourages people to share stories, insights, and define what the real issues are, while harvesting a range of possible innovative solutions.
We carefully craft our session plans with the dual purpose of testing the existing organisational objectives, in an environment where people feel they can honestly talk about the current state of play, encouraging and embracing diverse viewpoints and testing new ideas + being an educational and engaging activity in and of itself.
We capture the raw data, synthesise the feedback against each business objective, plus identify opportunities and challenges which are positively or negatively impacting the implementation of your organisation’s objectives. Overlaid with additional qualitative and quantitative data, we then develop key insights to collaboratively deliver real solutions for your business.
